I don't know if I'd say that is promoting hate. They are trying to promote paranoia--not quite the same.
Well there is no doubt that largely Jewish organizations have been trying to destroy American Christian traditions for years. (ACLU, ADL, etc.)
And they also ignore the genocide committed by Soviet Bolsheviks (of whom more than half were Jewish) which killed millions more than Hitler did.
Anarchists of all stripes & all groups know they cannot destroy the authorities they oppose by simply protesting in the streets or confronting them directly. Thus they can only pervert authorities, empowering them in doing & mandating laws that are opposite to good. Thus the world is upside down, and people are made for churches & shabbat & governments instead of governments made for churches for shabbat & for people.
The antisemitic jew using his "jewishness" authority as a podium is one of the most typical & vocal of these, although I know many corrupt left & right wing preachers who do about the same hypocriticaly too, or more tacitly
