Alas to have a lobotomy you have to start with a lobe. To have a mental breakdown implies you once had a mind. Where is the evidence Algore ever had one? The idiot flunked out of divinity school. He may be godless heathen, but judging by the recent history of several denominations in this country THAT wouldn't stop you from passing. All that seems necessary is the ability to separate liberal marks from their money, the only talent Algore's proven to possess. Yet he managed to promptly flunk out.
Poor Algore is destined to have only one historically important legacy. Gore, or whomever was coaching through his ear piece, managed to end the political career of Perot.
