I've seen that thread. In fact, I even posted evidence on that thread, directly contradicting the administration's claims ("lowest ebb" vs. "authority is at its maximum", plus the weaseling regarding "exclusive means").
Because my question flows directly from the AG's letter, I can't talk to you? If the AUMF "clearly and unmistakably" renders FISA irrelevant, why was FISA subsequently amended? Just for kicks? If you can't answer, no problem. I can't answer it either.
