I can't imagine George W Bush speaking this way in public about anyone at anytime.

Very good point. The difference is that President Bush is a man of good character. Hillary Clinton, in contrast, engages in the hateful rhetoric of racial division for what she perceives to be her political gain. Her remarks were divisive and contemptible.

Yes they were. This seems to apply rather well to her.
