What part of the First Amendment is unclear?

strike down this unconstitutional dreck of law.

"Dreck" is such an expressive word. It sounds like what it is. (For those not familiar with Yiddish, it is a synonym for excrement, but far more expressive.)

The CJ is standing up for free speech very admirably. Given Alito +1, the un-Constitutional "campaign finance reform" restrictions on free speech will be ended.

To liberals, on and off the court, the entire Bill of Rights is shrouded in a fog of emanations...

Apparently, the entire 1st amendment is unclear to some of these yahoos. "Thinking themselves to be wise, they became fools."

They can't get establishment of religion right, nor free exercise, nor speech, nor the press, nor assembly, nor petition.

I still cannot believe how the Supreme Court could have voted CENSORE and RESTRICT political speech....the VERY speech that the framers of the constitution envisioned when they wrote the first amendment!

If CFR goes, then McCain's reputation goes with it.

The First Amendment, and the Second Amendment are crystal clear, but the libs can't seem to figure them out. The "Constitutional Right to Abortion," which, strangely, does not appear anywhere in that document, is nevertheless the cornerstone of liberal philosophy.

Roberts/Scalia/Thomas/Kennedy/ALITO

Maybe the group of them can get Kennedy to stay on the ranch, but I they'll have great competition for his loyalty. He'll get wined and dined by the MSM as the new "swing vote" guy.

We really need Stevens to retire and give the Pres. another pick real soon.
