A Richmond man who told authorities that college freshman Taylor Behl accidentally died during a sexual encounter with him was indicted today in Mathews County, Va., on a murder charge, officials said.
County prosecutors said Benjamin Fawley, 38, was indicted on one count of first-degree murder in the slaying of 17-year-old Behl, whose body was found partially buried in a shallow ravine in the rural county Oct. 5.
