Thanks for your posts. I hope to meet you someday and share some Christian fellowship with you. I was taught (and thoroughly believe) that every Christian has the duty to search Scripture to see if what their pastor/priest is saying conforms to the Word of God. We are charged with loving God with all our hearts, minds, souls and strenghts. I hope that love will win out in this discussion.

I would thoroughly enjoy the opportunity. When I was young I almost became a minister, but I found I couldn't abide by the rules of man that govern the denomination. Since then I've sought my own salvation, in fear and trembling, but have had the pleasure to share portions of that path with many fine people...from many Christian faiths.
