From all the links and post I've been reading, her's and the ACLU's case has a snowball's chance in hell of amounting to something. The more I read the more I've seen the Lib's ignore the facts of the case, taking advantage of the generals publics ignorance of the facts in this case. It looks like a big political ploy with the aid of the spin machine of the press.

If the wanted the case to succeed they should of filed it in the 9th Circuit Court.

If this case goes forward and gets tossed as expected then they just built another new case law for the President because it will be tossed for a lack of merit.

Needs to be kept in public eye to remind Americans what we once stood for. The lib. dems. are doing worse than the Rosenburgs but no-one seems to care.
From that era to now shows how much the libs have weakened our security in America.
America needs another Harry Truman, put a few nuclar divices up the libs a** and pull the triger.
