So she is communicating with KNOWN terrorists? Sounds like she wants the same fate as her grandparents!

Pretty common for her.. she's filed suits against the administration for almost everything, from Gitmo to limiting protestors from walking up to the door of the White House..

Looks like loyalty to Marxist/Leninist thought is passed down from generation to generation in the Rosenberg family.

From all the links and post I've been reading, her's and the ACLU's case has a snowball's chance in hell of amounting to something. The more I read the more I've seen the Lib's ignore the facts of the case, taking advantage of the generals publics ignorance of the facts in this case. It looks like a big political ploy with the aid of the spin machine of the press.
If the wanted the case to succeed they should of filed it in the 9th Circuit Court.

Dems have a history of supporting terrorists and traitors; Sacco and Vanzetti in the 20's, the Rosenbergs in the 50's, and now they want to protect the Al Qaeda Friends & Family Calling Program.

In a letter they wrote to their sons, Michael and Robert Meeropol, just before they were killed, the Rosenbergs said they died, [C]omforted in the sure knowledge that others would carry on after us.

"The Detroit lawsuit said the plaintiffs, who frequently communicate by telephone and e-mail with people in the Middle East and Asia, have a 'well-founded belief' that their communications are being intercepted by the government."
Good! I've been hoping since 9/11 that somebody in our govt was watching or listening in to these people.
