Yeah, but the last time anyone wrote down his verion of the story was 5,000 years ago, in Hebrew. It has been translated so many times, and for so many political purposes, nobody knows what he actually said.
Heck - when it was first written, the creation story of Genesis (or at least days 4 through 6) might actually read "Dude, in about 8,000 years this guy Chickie D. is going to start explaining it all through scientific investigation. Chill out until then. For now, as far as you care, I did it all in 3 days."

Then God is a liar for leaving us all that evidence for evolution.
Hint: the "evidence for evolution" is not just what they presented to you in high school science class, or the strawman evolution presented by the current IDers. The real evidence for evolution is massive, with cross references from many disciplines, and some of the most compelling evidence in the microbiology field (DNA) that we've only just discovered. All of it basically verifies what science has been teaching about evolution for 150+ years.
So, as I said, either God is a liar in the evidence he left us in His creation. Or, God is a liar in the Bible. Or (horrors) you just aren't interpreting the Bible correctly (lookup the Catholic church's interpretations of the Bible vs. evolution - they have no problem with it).
Afraid? At best you'll get a mild chuckle out of me! lol!!!
