There is such a thing as cauliflower curry (two great tastes, but not so sure they taste great together)? If so, post up the recipe.

1 tsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 c. tomato puree
1-1/2 c. water
1 lb. caulifower, cut into bite size pieces, steamed
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
Saute the onion and ginger in the oil, 4-5 minutes.
Add curry powder and cumin, cook stirring continuously, 1 more minute.
Add tomato puree and water. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
Pour over cooked cauliflower, sprinkle with parsley.
