My 2 cents worth. The USSC refused to get involved with California's death penalty on Toki Williams because it is a state issue.The same with this, it is a state issue. Everyone here should be glad that the USSC is not getting involved in this. Let the states govern themselves. It will define what they are. The liberals will be attracted to the liberal states and the conservatives will be drawn to the conservative ones.

Hey, Toki was put to death as the consequence of an established "due process of law". This other stuff where doctors are allowed to kill without penalty is pretty much outside "due process of law". It's more like a "contract", and if you apply those standards to the situation you'd quickly see where you (and the state of Oregon) have gone wrong.
Anyway, why are you in here defending Toki?
