Actually I was wondering why transitional species are all
fossilized that there are few examples ,microbes being one,
of present day transitional species.

Microbes are indeed an interesting study that we can use today.

every unique life form you see, including what you see when you look in the mirror, is an individual genomic snapshot of the species it IS moving from the species it CAME FROM towards the species it SHALL GIVE RISE TO.

assuming that individual has progeny, and that the species as a whole doesn't die out before diverging, of course.

I was reading about the fossil record the other day and found that there should be billions of fossils of transitional life forms with partially formed appendidges such as nubs, etc. But what they claim to be transitional are fully formed animals. They make stuff up to try and make it believeable and they believe it themselves, of course.

They aren't all fossilized.
