A "balanced" SCOTUS is good for a weak America, and thus a NWO.
A strong SCOTUS is good for a strong sovereign America.
Right now it's questionable whether Roe V Wade can be overturned -- or many other conservative issues...because of Justice Kennedy's "moderate" beliefs.
