We have all the same characters here as well. Thank God we have Sheriff Deaver in Cochise County and Sheriff Arapio in Maricopa County that belive the law is the law and if you do the crime YOU WILL do the time HARD TIME on a chain-gang.

With apologies to David Horowitz whose anecdote I paraphrasing, The Mayor may not be giving orders for the police to go easy on Muslims. Due to lack of support from higher echelons when they arrest Muslims, the police may have made the conclusion that it is not worth the trouble of arresting the Muslims.
