That's a lot of words.
For a tree. LOL! If this appeared in print, it's almost a form of cannibalism!

The unredacted report is being made available to congress. It will leak. I only hope that you're right...since the LSM won't say anything negative re the Dims...

"A president who breaks the law is a threat to the very structure of our government" - Al GoreFat Albert is right, and he knows first-hand. He served under just such a man (sic!).
President Bush, on the other hand, has broken no law.

As I've said many times before, if Algore had been President on 9/11, he'd still be negotiating the size of the negotiating table with the Taliban.

He somehow managed to get one true statement in his speech.
Moreover, there is in fact an inherent power that is conferred by the Constitution to the President to take unilateral action to protect the nation from a sudden and immediate threat, but it is simply not possible to precisely define in legalistic terms exactly when that power is appropriate and when it is not. There's no law on any books to prohibit the practice you describe.

Boy oh boy I scrolled down and scrolled down and it just kept on going down and down! Longwinded screed. Whew, this must be what they call the Al Qaeda Bill of Rights. Our U.S. Constitution isn't half as long.

The unredacted report is being made available to congress. It will leak.Maybe, maybe not. The problem with leaks are well known.....
Always seems the only leaks that get any traction are the leaks that potentially damage Pubbies....
Leaks aren't generally verifiable....
Leaks turn the focus on the "leakers"....
Etc....

....A commitment to openness, truthfulness and accountability also helps our country avoid many serious mistakes... Great, a Gore endorsement for release of the FULL report on Clinton/Gore Administration IRS abuse.

"If this is true, I have to say that I agree - it is unconstitutional and needs to be stopped. There are very clear laws on the books to prevent this - it is not allowable without a warrant!" WRONG...what the constitution protects US from it use of information in a criminal trial without a warrant to gather that info.
The administration is not going to court with the info gathered, or trying to prosecute with the info gathered, rather they are using the info to stop, or interfere with the process of foreign nationals [or U.S. citizens who have ties to foreign nationals] who might be planning to bring harm and/or chaos to the the U.S. people or their properties.

What part of how are you going to get a warrant by phone number for throw away cell phones with pre-paid minutes* - to just use one example - do these idiots not understand.
*more than 200 of which were recently purchased in Midland, TX by muzzies.
To say nothing of - in an attempt to justify their jobs - FISA judges denying the vast number of Bush warrant requests.
