Police in Hevron Break Into Jewish Homes Without Warrants 13:45 Jan 16, '06 / 16 Tevet 5766
(IsraelNN.com) Spokesman for the Jewish community in Hebron, Noam Arnon, said Israeli police have been positioned in the community in order to provoke Hebron’s Jewish residents.
He said the police have already forced their way into private homes without obtaining warrants, in a way that resembles “the Argentinean police at its best.”
Arnon said the current police actions in Hevron are a “deliberate provocation”, going on despite efforts to stop demonstrators against troops' attempts to expel Jews from their homes in the city.
He said the community would continue using “legal means” to prevent the expulsion of Jews from their homes in the Shalhevet neighborhood of Hevron.

Take your pick as to which Arab newspaper or TV station. These photos are common-place. There is no such thing as a "palestinian". This was a conveniently coined phrase used to describe the Arab refugees left behind by their Arab brethren when they were retreating after Israel defended herself. They have been offered their own state at least twice -- once in '48 under the original Palestinian Mandate and second when Slick Willy Clinton offered Terror-fat everything he asked for(which he turned down). These people are pawns for the Arab League at large to use as a thorn in Israel's and the world community's sides since they refuse to take them back to the countries from whence they came. Granted many may have been born in the areas they currently occupy but that is because the home countries of their ancestors refused to take them back. A little research into the history of the region would go a long way. And you probably wouldn't get "bombed", if I may coin a phrase, on these threads.

Court Issues Restraining Order Blocking Expulsion From Hevron

(IsraelNN.com) The Beit Shemesh Magistrate’s Court on Monday issued a restraining order halting the planned expulsion of Jews from unauthorized homes in Hevron, referring to the marketplace area.
The court order is the result of one of the families slated for expulsion seeking judicial intervention.
The court on Tuesday morning will hear both sides in the case prior to rendering a decision in the matter.
Want to bet on the outcome.
How I wish betting on Israeli court decisions was available in Vegas.
Ha'aretz and YNet, which have always been biased against "settlers" and "haredim" have entirely melted down into screechy, leftist versions of "Der Stürmer." JPost, which used to be rather conservative, has taken a hard left turn (under new management--AGAIN) and is on its way to catching up to the competition.
This is very disturbing stuff, leading up to not only a mass expulsion of Jews from "territories" but also to sanctions against religious Jews inside Israel.
