You are right- a finger to stop the New Orlean's levee failures during the Cat 3 hurricane did nothing to stem the flow of water into failed areas- as such policies were the result of long time apathy for reality. Please expound on the virtues of allowing Gay men anywhere to donate blood, organs or tissue.

The only reason it isn't a homosexual disease is because most of the men who have aids are having sex with both men and women.
The question asks, and mind you, it's ONE OF THE QUESTIONS, not if a person is homosexual, but if a man has had sex with a man. It's a legitimate question, just as the others are. such as have you had a tatoo, have you shared a needle, have you traveled outside the US, there are a lot of questions. And they are all for a reason.
The question asked of men and whether they had sex with a man, is in cases where it is true, also is relating to what most of African areas like this one, where men are bi-sexual. A term I don't even believe in, but used none the less. THIS is how women get it.
