Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (pbuh) was once asked: "What is the best deed?" He replied: "To have faith in Allah and His Messenger." The enquirer asked: "What next?" The Prophet (pbuh) said: "To fight in the cause of Allah." "What is the next best thing?" He replied: "To perform Haj Mabrur."
"Master, which is the great commandment in the law?"
Jesus said unto him, "Thou shalt love he Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."
