It appears that explosive used in London bombing was high (brisant) military explosive that came from Vitez. Blast, as seen on this picture, goes up at to the side
the town in the rich Lasva Valley, located in Central Bosnia. The importance of the town was not only tactical, since two vital military factories are located in it, for industrial explosives Vitezit and the factory for the production of all types of rocket explosives, gunpowder for the heavy artillery and explosives on the pentrite basis, Slobodan Princip-Seljo . The factory in Vitez received the most modern French equipment and the possibility to school its engineers in France.
That explosive was probably related to 35 kg of explosives discovered by
Republic of Srpska police near Srebrenica back in July.

If, on the other hand, you followed the investigation, you'd know that the bombs utilized explosives cooked up locally from items one could purchase at stores.
Duh.
