Sounds like the fedgov worked through the system there and lost. The scuba schools have no gripe.

If you went to one of the schools that handed over the information without a fight you have one. I wonder what would qualify as an infringement. If the feds lose (actually they didn't lose; they backed down) it isn't an infringement. If they go to court and win, my hunch is that you would say that is also not an infringement because the courts said okay.
