You've yet to produce a fact nor any legal argument whatsoever. How much money are you making off the drug war, I wonder? Are you a smuggler, or a cop?

(AP) ROSEVILLE A federal grand jury has indicted a former Roseville medical marijuana distributor on drug and money laundering charges.

A 19-count indictment says Richard James Marino grossed two-point-seven-five (m) million dollars in the eight months in 2004 when he operated his medical marijuana store, Capitol Compassionate Care.

1. I knew you were done when you abandoned reason for name-calling

2. How much money are you making off the drug war, I wonder? Are you a smuggler, or a cop?

Check out the hypocrisy.

Sounds like the fedgov worked through the system there and lost. The scuba schools have no gripe.

If you went to one of the schools that handed over the information without a fight you have one. I wonder what would qualify as an infringement. If the feds lose (actually they didn't lose; they backed down) it isn't an infringement. If they go to court and win, my hunch is that you would say that is also not an infringement because the courts said okay.

And the stolen property nicely illuminated the hypocrisy inherent in Libertarianism.

An infringement of what?

With the scuba school perhaps. They obviously complied unnecessarily.
