you are right. btw, just try to touch a cats kittens and watch how the mother fights like a banshee to protect her kids. in a factory i once owned, a stray cat made her home in a storage area, some fifteen feet up in the air on a bunch of pallets. she had kittens. we only knew this because of the yelps. when i climbed up there to get a look, she attacked me like i was the devil. she was a good mother, unlike so many humans. sad indeed. btw, we all fed her and i eventually paid over one thousand in vet bills for her and the little kittens.
