The Dc rumor is that Stevens is done after this term so it will be a big campaign item this year !

I was thinking that Ruth "BUZZIE" Ginzberg might start having ulcers, high blood pressures, ..... brought on by the stress of seeing ruling after ruling go our way and then some. Nedow gets slapped down hard, the 9th Circuit gets slapped so hard that they are split up, Christmas Creches, Christmas Trees, Boy Scouts, the Pledge of Allegiance,... and all the others will now be Constitutional.

My favorite will be when the Supremes hear an appealed case on pulling the law licenses et. al. of the ACLU for barristry.

sigh.....I know but I can dream can't I?
