If your house was in the bombed area, you would not be able to make that statement because you would be a crispy critter, so you would logically have to be at another location during the bombing. If you are at another location, you cannot definitively make a statement that says Zawahiri was not at the location at the time of the bombing unless you knew him to be at another location at that time through other intelligence. Asking the locals if they have seen Zawahiri recently will get you the same answer every time. Zawawho?
