Our galaxy is 100,000 light years across, and takes hundreds of millions of years to rotate once, so we can say that "deep time" is very definitely a requirement of any meaningful study of astronomy.

So when the Bible says the heavens and earth were created in 7 days. could be interpreted 6 X(times) hundreds of millions of years to rotate once(Which could constitute a day)

Well, the period of 225 million years, which is the time taken for the sun to orbit the galactic center, is termed a galactic YEAR. Note the galaxy does not rotate as a rigid body, like the earth.

Also, I can see you are not a very careful student of Genesis. The heaven and the earth, as well as light, and day and night also, are created on the First Day. However, the firmament ( heaven ) is created on the Second Day, and this is famously problematical with respect to day and night having been created on the First Day. So all in all, we are pretty much free to form whatever correspondences we wish.

I will say as I have always said, from my own secular viewpoint, that the Seven Days of Creation in Genesis 1 correspond amazingly well to our scientific understanding of the evolution of the universe, and life on earth, and really I don't see why this isn't seized upon as a vindication of the wisdom or correctness, or what you will, of the Genesis account.

Evolution is a fairy tale, however, nowhere in the Bible does it say in any shape, fashion, or form that the heavens and earth were created in 7 days. I know that is what some claim is said, but it is not Written.

Further Peter tells us the length of a day with the LORD and it was not a 24/7 hour day.

Man in flesh was put here for a specific purpose and flesh was not life until the "breath of life" = soul was breathed into his nostrils. When were the souls created, as Genesis does not give a specific date when that event occurred, yet it does tell us that the 'soul' is what made flesh alive?
