Actually, a toilet gets cleaned out every once and awhile and flushed when it gets soiled. The world of Islam is the septic tank.

Toilets, in a civilized western home, are clean and a boon to health. Maybe the ones Hamza and his kind uses are something else, at least when he gets done with it.
