If you son is being a problem the talk to your son and make sure he sits downs and stops yelling. If hes not responding to the driver, standing up and screaming what can the driver do? If you were at a busy intersection and you had kids yelling and standing up you'd probably yell too. If your sending him to a normal school, riding a normal bus, expect him to be treated normal. Plus whats worse, getting yelled at or getting into an accident while hes standing up. I'd bet you'd sue for wrongful death too.
If your son isn't doing anything wrong (I doubt it, because why else would the driver single him out) then complain to everyone at the school and company you can.
I believe you totally misunderstood my post. I have never had a similar problem such as this with a school or transportation. Nor have I ever had a similar issue brought to my attention concerning my child.
My issues with the schools have been as follows:
1.Teaching kindergartners, or any grade, to celebrate a violent separtist communist holiday such as Kwanza.
2.A couple of issues not necessary to bring into the thread.
3.My most important and serious issue with a school system was the hiring of a convicted criminal as a teacher. Be careful, just because your Dept of Ed does background checks, does not mean they won't hire them. I am talking of teachers arrested for felonies who plead guilty to misdemeanors. Background checks are a false sense of security.
I was brushed off by a superintendent for confronting a situation this situation.
The more I researched and the more calls I made, the more I discovered why this can happen. You will find my answer in my previous post.
I apologize for not making myself more clear the first time.
