Providing elections equipment is a state issue. Determining how those elections are done is a state issue. They were given federal money on certain conditions. They didn't meet those conditions. Take the money back.

The manner in which elections are run in each state is the business of that state. The federal government should stay out of it. They should take the "federal" money away from New York. They should get the "federal" money back from any other states who have received it.

They should give the "federal" money back to the taxpayers from whom it was stolen.
