Why should terrorists be tried before UN courts? There´s national jurisdiction for that.
The UN court is a self interest court. Proof is the fiasco trial of Milosevic, who IMO, from following the trial, is no terrorist.
I wish that Condi would dispense from commenting how the EU or Russia run their countries. Like wise, Merkel and Cofi should button up. Comments on Gitmo are not helpful.
