Isn't Ginsburg supposedly in poor health? I seem to recall some Supreme Court function where she had to be helped to walk. Not to wish anyone ill, but what the hell is an ACLU lawyer doing on the Supreme Court in the frist place?

I didn't hear that one. I just know that listening to her during recent oral arguments, she sounded like she had the beginnigs of dementia creeping in. It was like litstening to, say, Sen Byrd talk. You know, not there in a senile way.
