Kennedy can't seem to handle the fact that there is more than one reason why this isn't an issue. LOL
Kennedys voice is cracking....very shaky.
I'm just thinking it might be fun of the U.S. Senate had to spend every week battling with one of our top conservative minds in any field. My guess is that one of our guys/gals runs rungs around the entire Senate no matter what the topic. Judges, environment, national security, economics...
