Hello,
Good question, and one that I can't answer. It seems to me that the USSC "jumped the shark" decades ago. It was stacked with judges that had an agenda, that only looked for ways to achieve their goals, despite what the Constitution said. If we can ever get back to a SC that reads the damn thing, literally, we will win. It's that simple. Glad to be here, MOgirl

I don't know, either. Seems that there are a lot of laws coming out of Congress, and even more regulations that follow, that would conflict with the Bill of Rights. But, the USSC does not review every law, only certain cases get on their agendum, and most of those have to do with decisions by lower and state courts.
