It's good to have Specter back in our camp as well. Earlier, I was worried that Specter would go against Alito in committee. Thanks to Kennedy, it is now guaranteed that Alito will get at least ten votes out of committee.

It was clear from day one he was with Alito because of his comments after. Yeah, he was tough in questioning, but that really can't be used as a judge on how they will vote necessarily. It is what they say AFTER the session that matters.

It was obvious he was going to vote for Alito after the first day of hearings. But yesterday's antics strengthened it even more.
