In fact you are correct. I remember Bernard McGuirk (Imus' Producer) doing a man on the street type of interview on the Imus In The Morning Show during the Lewinsky fiasco and he was trying to get Kennedy to comment and Kennedy kept motioning to his driver from the passenger seat to just keep driving.
Bernard called Kennedy a hypocrite because Kennedy was riding in an SUV.
