Why are they asking Alito's PERSONAL view on Schiavo, RoeVWade, etc? A Judge judges based on law. The SCOTUS ruled on these; Alito is not yet a Supreme Court justice.

The reason they ask is because they want people to do as they do; use personal agendas to dictate choices.

Without Liberal judicial activism they have no use for the SCOTUS. The Supreme Court is merely a tool for them to force the Liberal agenda on the American public.

They don't understand or want to understand the true nature of the Supreme Court. A strict interpretation of the Constitution leaves no room for reading what isn't there to promote a Liberal cause. IMHO
