After the way Kennedy pissed off Specter yesterday, ol' Arlen himself is ready to push the button on the "nucular" option. What a foolish, foolish move by Ted. He went ballistic over a phony issue and alienated Specter in the process.
Specter would have gone off on anyone who presumed to question his chairmanship. It was just a case of "I'm the chair and you're NOT."
