Schumer knows he can't give a constitutional argument. If Alito gave a constitutional argument which might past muster, it would be giving a plaintiff in a future case a hint as to how to sway him to their point of view.

Schumer is such a jackass. Like there is any chance in HELL is going to vote for Alito.

He's not even listening to his answers. He's making idiotic faces like he's 5 years old.
