Mostly same stuff. Feingold asked about recusal from cases coming from 3rd Circuit, since 3rd Circuit Judges are going to testify on Alito's behalf in this hearing; and Schumer had a question about a specific case where Alito did not recall why he distinguished it from a similar one.
Alito is doing excellent again today. Make that "Excellent" with a capital "E".
Is a recusal such as Feingold proposed common?? I don't recall anything like that at say, Darth Vader Ginsberg's hearings.
