Feingold thinks that you would have to recuse yourself if anybody who said nice things about you later ruled on a casce?

Why didn't Alito say that was the stupidest thing he had heard of?

Feingold is going to question sitting appeals judges about their ethics because they are willing to give the committee sworn testimony about Alito? How could that possibly be a bad thing?

Schumer said his questions "should bother you, because they bother me". He meant I guess Alito's answers, but he got it right about his questions.
