That is the part of this piece, albeit off topic, that struck me immediatly.

I want an IQ test on ALL OF THESE CLOWNS. It ought to be required that anyone running for office or submitted for an appointed position or, in fact, any government funded post, must first pass a "duh" test. I bet 90% of elected officials and 99% of bureaucrats would fail.
