Brit worries me about that. I think Alito will get out of committee despite the demo gang but heard a Repub guest commentator seem rather negative that Alito will get all of the Repub votes in Senate but might pick up a couple of dem votes. I'm trying to figure out which RINOs would vote nay on him.

The only RINO likely to vote against Alito is Chafee.

We will pick up some or all of the following Democrats: Nelson of FL; Nelson of NE; Landrieu; Baucus; Lautenberg; Pryor; Lincoln; Carper; Bingaman; Johnson; Dorgan. Possibly a couple others. Something like 61-39.
