Wow...Specter detractors take note (not that I haven't been one of those).
Today Arlen is acting like my Senator, for once.
When this is all over, historians will look back and credit Sen. Specter with helping to usher in a new conservative era in the federal judiciary. He is keeping his end of the bargain.
