He resigned his membership, I believe in 1974.
Yikes. I'll have to look when I get home and see what it was that I mailed...oh well, if this is the worst problem I have this week, I'm in great shape!
I'm amazed this guy can tie his shoes properly, let alone be elected to the United States Senate.
LOL...Go Arlen, go! Here we go...on CAP!
Specter: Letter from Kennedy delivered around Christmas; never logged in. Specter never saw it until an hour ago when he got a copy of it.
Mr. Neal did talk to Specter about it over the Christmas break when they travelled to Iraq. Mr. O'Neal reminds Specter they talked about it on the phone and Specter thought it was not meritorious.
Kennedy is getting spanked.
OMG!!! Spector just said that the stupid letter that Kennedy insists he sent was delivered via e-mail, and the hard copy was deliverd on Christmas eve!
Kennedy is such a jerk.
You were right.
Specter: We get so many letters written by staff. Anything important we expect members to bring it to the committee or the Chair.
I return all calls from members. If it had been presented to me, I'd have given it more attention than the telephone call I referred to.
Kennedy sent the letter on Christmas Eve and it wasn't logged
Plus .. Specter was in Iraq
Specter mentions NYTimes article of Nov. 26.
"Unmeritorious", LOL! :-)
I hope Mr. O'Neill doesn't lose his job over this.
(Apparently an aide to Mr. Spectre?)
Could Teddy pout any more? My 5 y/o is much more convincing.
Ladies and gentlemen, the most stunning revelation of the hearings:
Ted Kennedy frequents THE GYM!
Kennedy? Gym...
My brain just scrambled.
NY Times story Nov 26th Story. Arlen going to give Teddy a kick to the groin.
Specter is saying a letter was received from Kennedy at headquarters, but not logged in. He (Specter) had just seen it for the first time during the break.
Specter is about to tell Kennedy to shove it. Suicide watch in effect over at DU. LOL
Here we go.
A letter was delivered but not logged in. Just saw it about 1 hour ago.
He thought it wasn't worthy when he discussd it with his staff a few weeks ago.
It was never discussed directly by Kennedy to Leahy or Specter himself. Specter is quoting the Times article regarding the records.
Bye, Bye fatty..
who was the dem that spectre hired?
