Wow, the lexicon's from 2000 and the last update of the Newcomers Welcome Desk was 2002.

Don't anyone care for da newbies no more? Maybe there's a new way people are "assimilated" (remember the fun michigander had with that one?!) around here these days, and I just missed it . . .
