There is no such thing as "above top secret."
There are SCI's which further grant one access to certain specific types of information.
Those SCI's are what the uninformed refer to as above TS, but it's a misnomer.

Those SCI's are what the uninformed refer to as above TS, but it's a misnomer. Well ok, above TS the need to know gets a little more rigid. There is Q; NSA has some coded SAPs. Technicality.
