yup, my guess is that when they split, the woman who carried the children will claim to be the only "legal" parent and leave with the children. The other woman who is the genetic parent will have no right.
My guess is you're right. And it WILL happen. That's what chaffs me about gays and lesbians. They can't seem to stay with one partner.
