Did you see the natural gas company in New York State that was applying for a rate hike because people had conserved, the way they were told to.

I've seen that more times than I care to count in New England...the utility companies tell you to conserve, then when you do; they jack the rates, because they aren't making enough money. What BS.

I just wish I could be in such a business. What a great model. If you sell what you project, you make tons of cash. If you don't sell enough, you jack rates, and make tons of cash. If you sell too much, ooops, supply and demand! You jack rates, and make tons of cash.
