Two things, weather does not equal climate, and, I've got a house here outside of Montreal, Do you want to buy it before it's under two miles of ice? Just market it as the "latest thing" in igloos...there's a ton of trendy idiots with lots of money in Massachusetts who will beat (or pick) a path to your door. Good luck!
