STS-80 Mission Summary

It's time to end the 1970's era shuttle program.
How about the 1950s era B-52, or the 1970s era F-15 and F16?
Or the 1930's era Social Security?
Ohpleaseohpleaseohplease....
Once those cost a billion dollars for each flight, I will feel the same.
It's pitiful that "NASA's Picture of the Day" is ten years old because NASA has, for all intents and purposes, collapsed.
Now, now lets not be too hard on NASA. The agency may be going through a bit of a rough spot right now, but I think they'll pull through.
Speaking of things collapsing, have a look at these recent NASA photos from the Hubble and Spitzer telescopes--the full-resolution ones--that could cause a home computer to wonder what smacked it!
